Neelima is a trained educator with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), bringing formal pedagogical training and classroom-level expertise to the Trust’s educational initiatives. Her academic background in education equips her with a strong understanding of child development, curriculum planning, classroom management, and learner-centered teaching methodologies. She plays a central role in shaping age-appropriate instructional strategies, especially for foundational learning stages where literacy, numeracy, and confidence building determine long-term academic success.
Neelima’s work focuses on creating structured, nurturing learning environments that are disciplined yet supportive, ensuring that children from under-privileged backgrounds receive the same educational foundations as their more advantaged peers. Her experience ensures that educational delivery is not only aspirational but also practical, consistent, and sustainable.
